February and March 2009 DRA2 Webinars

There are four different webinars available in February and March:Getting Started with DRA2 K-3, Getting Started with DRA2 4-8, Using DRA2 K-3 Data to Drive Instruction, and Using DRA2 4-8 Data to Drive Instruction.

In the Getting Started with DRA2 sessions you will learn how to:

- Explain program components
- Identify the four assessment steps
- Describe scoring procedures

During this one-hour session, participants will gain valuable knowledge about the DRA2 and understand the purpose and goals of the program. You will learn tips on how to prepare for delivering the assessment to students in your classroom and understand how to efficiently manage the assessment process will be addressed.

In the Using DRA2 Data to Drive Instruction sessions you will learn how to:

-Connect scoring data to instructional plan
-Use information from Focus for Instruction
-Ask your questions during a live question and answer segment

Session Prerequisite: Getting Started with DRA2 or knowledge of how to assess students using the DRA2. This session is targeted to those who have assessed students and want to understand how to use the data obtained during the assessment.

During this one-hour session, participants will gain insight on how to interpret the DRA2 results and use this data to inform classroom instruction. There will be a live question and answer segment so you can ask your questions about interpreting the results from DRA2 assessments you have completed with your students.
